From September to November 2019, Bay’s Kitchen & Bar is on a new buffet theme: Fusion.
This time the restaurant is surprising us with new cuisine ideas, including steaks on Himalayan pink salt plate, a natural seasoning, and to be served with mushroom gravy foam and sea salt of different flavors; Oysters – the famous item of the restaurant, can now be further enhanced with Balsamic caviar, Wasabi caviar or Truffle caviar; the live smoke station with actual smoke to enrich the taste of cheese, ham, etc.; and many others including risotto with seafood Laksa, blue mussels with Thai lime coconut or Sichuan style… Lots of fusion items waiting for your exploration.
